I'm not sure what you are asking for. Are you asking for something that
allows your secretary to send you telephone messages on something other
than a pad of paper, or are you asking for an actual voice mail system?
MessageMan takes the place of phone message pads. It uses strong
encryption methods to keep messages private, and the program can
communicate across multiple OS X user accounts, and across multiple
computers through a LAN. You only need to purchase one registration
number for each MessageMan group. Each group has an unlimited number of
mailboxes, which can be accessed over all LAN connected computers and all
OS X accounts.
Price: $10

Parliant's PhoneValet is a $170 telephony system for Mac OS X. PhoneValet
is a hardware and software solution that answers and keeps track of voice
mail. Connecting via USB, the system offers a phone book with
voice-activated dialing, call timing and logging, call screening (with
spoken CallerID), and support for AppleScript.
PhoneValetıs call logging feature keeps a time record of all incoming and
outgoing calls so that you can bill for your time quickly and easily.
