Course Scheduling Software

We have a need to schedule courses and rooms in an optimized way and
am looking for Mac software to do that. We want to feed the software
courses, Lecture lengths, seating requirements, room requirements,
instructor restrictions, etc. and have it figure out the best
schedule for rooms.

In case this is not clear hear are some course examples:

Course: Math101
Hrs/wk: 3 hrs.
Tutorial: 3 hrs.
Max Lecture Length: 1 hr
Max Enrollment:150
Requires: stage
Instructor: needs a 1/2 hr break between 1 hr lectures
             wants 3 1 hr. time slots on different days

Course: English 130
Hrs/wk: 3 hrs.
Max Lecture Length: 1.5 hrs.
Max Enrollment: 40
Requires: LCD Projector
Instructor: Complete before 4:30 pm

I have found some windows only software (e.g. http://www.lantiv.com/)
but no Mac software.
