Permissions problem with 10.4.3

Just "upgraded" to 10.4.3 this am, did a boot from CD, ran "repair permissions," NO (!) permissions needed fixing.

Just ran for a couple of hours (with some peculiar clipboard behavior), ran permissions-repair again, here's what I got -- is this a disaster, or ???:

That looks about normal for when I run a permissions repair (at least in
terms of the number of items, if not the particular items repaired).
