AirPort Extreme power adapter

[tory]tory (apparently) - 12:05pm Oct 20, 2005 PST

After a recent move I have lost the power supply adapter for my
AirPort Extreme base station. I have looked all over the net to find
a source. The only thing I find is information that the AirPort
Extreme power supply uses a different power converter than the
original AirPort.

I can't even find the DC input numbers for the Extreme. Any suggestions?

Re: AirPort Extreme power adapter

Go to an Apple service parts supplier like www.welovemacs.com.  I've used them in the past for some iBook parts, and have been satisfied with them.  Just looked and they have the AirPort Extreme base station AC adapter.  (I have no relation with them whatsoever, just a satisfied customer.)

At almost $90, that's pretty steep, so if you want to price compare, then just do an internet search on the part number: "Apple 922-5558".

Re: AirPort Extreme power adapter

I have an Airport Extreme power adapter that is not being used, and I
would be more than happy to send it to the person who needs it.
