color profiles and browsers

Hi everyone,

Most of the articles on web say that, Safari and Firefox should display an image same if the image has sRGB profile but it doesn't seem so. On Safari, images has richer colors. If i remove the color profile (sRGB) from image, they look same on Safari and Firefox. This behavior is expected with Adobe RGB or Apple RGB but shouldn't an image with sRGB profile look same on Firefox and Safari?

I don't think Firefox supports embedded profiles, yet.
