Referring to Charlie Rose, the PBS talk show host:

I guess he should sue.

Not really. But it seems that more and more folks react that way. I guess Apple should have designed the MBA to not be so appealing that someone would protect it above their own health.

He needs to learn to roll with the fall. That would protect the Air
Book better. Didn't he play rugger at school ?

You'd think with a name like "MacBook Air" that it should have built-in
airbags :)

A couple of years ago, I was riding my bicycle in a group and feel off
while going about 20mph. Both my bike and I were flat on the road, and
I started screaming "My bike, my bike, someone get my bike before a
car hits it!".

Even worse, people actually listened to me. Several people grabbed my
bike and took it safety on the side of the road while I continued to
lay right in the road bed. It was a good thing it was Sunday morning
and there wasn't much traffic.
