Any dotMac offer in France?

It is time to renew my dotMac fee -- and I wonder if there is some
current offer, good for France ;-)
I did some research, with no luck...
I remember I got an opportunity last year to renew in advance, but
nothing this year!

The renewals should work world-wide. Last year I got a family pack
via ebay and asked the seller to just email me the activation code and that
worked fine (I paid him a small "bonus" in lieu of shipping profits.)
