AirTunes added to Apple TV

Although Apple has not publicized it, Apple added AirTunes capability
to Apple TV as a part of the recent upgrade. As Apple has not provided
a full explanation of the current options, it takes a bit of poking
around to figure out how to set it up and use it (turned on via
Settings->Audio--controlled through Music->My Music->Now Playing). If
your iTunes is set up to permit remote control (Preferences->Advanced-
 >General), you can actually control the flow of music using the Apple
TV remote. The one problem is that when you switch the Apple TV to
another function, Itunes on the server drops Apple TV as remote
speaker, which needs to be re-enabled on the server before you use it
again.

The best discussion of the feature is on Rougue Amoeba's site at http://www.rogueamoeba.com/utm/2008/02/12/appletv-airtunes-and-airfoil-3/
  where they also note that Airfoil is not yet working over Apple TV.
