TinkerTool available for Leopard

TinkerTool is very useful freeware and gives a solution to some
problems already mentioned.

TinkerTool offers many extra options that are built in but not
available through Preferences.
It has not caused me any system problems in Tiger.
For example, with the Dock on the RHS, I prefer it starting from the
bottom right corner.
It can fix the Dock so items cannot be accidentally deleted, as I
requested in a previous email.
