Adam,
I tried Yugma head:head against Adobe Acrobat Connect. I tried both for 15 days, and worked with a mixture of friends and clients to present information remotely, share screens, etc. To be clear, I *wanted* Yugma to win -- it offered more features for a better price point. In the end, however, Yugma failed me nearly every time (failed to load for me, failed and crashed for me, clients were unable to load, clients were unable to load the phone number, I was unable to access the conference bridge, etc.) and support was non-existent. In fact, outside of the automatically generated messages, I am still waiting for feedback on several of my concerns.
By contrast, Adobe Acrobat Connect ($40/month up to 15 viewers) has worked without a hitch. I wish it had more features, but stability wins for me.
