Quicken online banking

I have a curious issue with Quicken and a credit card from E*Trade Bank.

When I try to set up Quicken's account for online transaction
downloads, it asks for the E*Trade username/pass combo, as I would
expect. However, the resulting prompt (to tie an E*Trade account
number to my Quicken listing) only lists my securities account -- it
does not list the credit card account.

Has anyone had this issue with E*trade or another institution? I
have a case open with E*Trade, but so far they don't seem to
understand where the problem lies. (I was expecting the usual
disavowal of Macs, but to my surprise that didn't happen.)

Are you sure E*trade is paying for both Mac and Windows? My credit
union pays Intuit for Window users downloads but not for Mac users. I
was told they didn't have enough Mac users downloading for them to
pay for it. How they figure that calculation I expect involves a
posterior part of the body.

I have a brokerage account at E*Trade and download my transactions into
Quicken on my Mac, so they're paying for at least that much. It seems
unlikely (although possible I suppose) that they would pay for Mac
download for brokerage accounts but not credit cards.
