I know Qualcomm said they moved the program to OSS via Mozilla.
So far haven't seen any mention of Eudora since.

It's called Penelope, at least for now. I think it's a silly name
myself.

Currently there is an extension for Thunderbird 1.5.0.4 or better
(2.0.0.4 is current).
