Filtering in Eudora based on Mac OS X Address Book Group
speisert - 10:32am May 3, 2007 PSTIs there a method of filtering in Eudora based on the Mac OS X Address Book group (not the Eudora address book group) that the sender/recipient is in?
At the moment, I have a huge amount of Eudora filters that could be vastly simplified if I could use the Mac OS X Address Book group information, where the names are already sorted. Admittedly, I could make Eudora address book groups that duplicate the Mac OS X Address Book groups, but this also presents a redundant list and a large maintenance hassle.
Thank you,
Sean

It's been a LONG time since I used Eudora.

Mac OS X importer and address book sync: Simple import for Apple Mail

provide the best of all email and address functionality.
Are you using the latest and greatest? (6.2.4

Yes, I am using 6.2.4. Eudora does see the addresses in the Mac OS X address book, but does not *appear* to see the groups (as far as I can tell).
