If I'm reading this one correctly, it fixes the attack that allowed

Oh, goody--I get to try a Quicktime update for Windows in addition to
Macs.

The update on Windows went very well, except for a trick I've seen
Vista pull before: putting a confirmation dialog behind the
installer window--which then waits for one to click OK in the hidden
dialog.

Ironically enough, Apple's Boot Camp driver installer did this to me when I
first tried it (under XP). It took me a few minutes to figure out what was
going on.

Yes, it is a WINDOWS issue, has been present to some extent, since
win95.

Basically, the installer tells the window to pop, and the system is
SUPPOSED to put it on top, but sometimes it doesn't.
