Just wanted to let all the Apple fans out there that they can own a little piece of apple history. Woz.org is now offering signed iWoz books. I just love the book and recommend it to everyone who wants to know more about the genius behind the creation of the personal computer Mr. Steve Wozniak.

Whatever respect I have for Mr Wozniak, he's not the genius behind
the creation of the personal computer, but he certainly is for the
Apple I.

So cudos to Thi Truong (hardware) and Philippe Kahn (software) for
the Micral in 1972.

And the Apple II and the whole reality of the Personal Computer.

Sorry, but it was the Apple II that really brought the computer out
of the ubergeek cellar and into the homes of regular people.

And there was AppleVision.

And the Great Probability Machine and Infinite Number of Monkeys from
the electronics store owner who morphed (successfully) into user
interface guru.

And Brickout from Apple until they got their hands properly slapped
for the name and it became Little Brick Out.

And then there was VisiCalc, which made it actually useful.

And not ALL that much later, I was in ComputerLand of San Diego (#3
in the chain), and Norm came out of the back room and told Dave (or
vice versa) that IBM Boca Raton had just ordered 100 Apple ][s from
ComputerLand of Boca Raton.

And Woz was indeed a central figure.

And some of my computer furniture is still stuff that Dave and Norm
declared surplus when they redecorated the showroom.
